Among their accomplishments this year, Blooming Grove is especially proud of the Town's Latch Key Childcare Program. The hard work, caring and positive approach by its staff has resulted in this exceptional program being recognized as the recipient of the 2024 Childcare Council of Orange County School Age Child Care Program of the Year.
This popular "Before and After School Program" is open to all children ages K-5 who live in the Washingtonville School District and/or Live in the Town of Blooming Grove and is supplanted by Spring Break and Summer Camp progams.
Announcing the honor at last night's Town Board meeting, Blooming Grove Supervisor, Rob Jeroloman said, "This Latchkjey Honor is proof that our efforts to re-establish a good Recreation Program has been successful.
