Troop 316 out of the Monell FH in Washingtonville.
1,000 Scouts from the area camping out at the County Pork
Over the weekend, Orange County was proud to host over 1,000 Scouts from throughout the region at Thomas Bull Memorial Park. This is the first time in recent history that our Scouts were able to enjoy our parks at this scale and share it with their peers.
County Exec, Steve Neuhaus said, "I got a chance to talk to the troop out of Washingtonville as well as some from the Goshen area. They were among dozens and dozens of different troops who spent the weekend at Thomas Bull. What a great way to highlight our County’s Park system and introduce “out of towners” to what Orange County has to offer! Thank you to all the Scout leaders and all the county staff that made this happen.
