From - Village of Washingtonville Police Department - We are attempting to identify the juvenile in this photo. Our officers are currently with him in the area of St. Mary's CYO on Goshen Ave. The juvenile has no shoes on and appears to be nonverbal. Please contact 911 or the station directly if you recognize him.
