County Executive Steve Neuhaus was in Washingtonville this week, announcing with School Superintendent Larry Washington a new video A1 system on school buses that will record people who speed by buses, AND it will transmit the information to authorities for follow-up. So, for those who don't seem to have common sense and decency, watch out. You could end up being the one without a vehicle!
