Sometimes Deja Vu is a really good thing, and once again the names Montero and Baloga are among the royalty in the world of New York Track and Field. On Saturday Cornwall girls posted 133 points, beating Pine Bush (82) and Monroe-Woodbury (73.5).

Last week's competition at West Point had Karrie Baloga in the lead in the 3,000 by 58 seconds (no that's not a typo). Meanwhile, Ninalyn Montero is picking up win after win in Cornwall sports scene at like her brother Marksean did last year when he captured title after title.

Monroe-Woodbury took first place in the boys contests beating Kingston by 131 to 49.
