Blooming Grove - Public Hearing Re. Ridgeline Overlay Amendment @ 7PM Tomorrow

On the 17th day of June, 2025 at 7:01 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, a Public Hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Blooming Grove, New York, at Town Hall located at 6 Horton Road, Blooming Grove, New York, to consider a proposed Local Law Enacting Certain Zoning Amendments to Chapter 235, Zoning, pertaining to the Ridgeline Overlay Zoning District. At the above place and time, the Town Board shall receive comments from the public concerning the proposed Local Law. to The Town of Blooming Grove will make every effort to assure that the hearing is accessible persons with disabilities.
