VILLAGE OF WASHINGTONVILLE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been introduced before this Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Washingtonville, New York, a Local Law entitled "A Local Law Establishing a Six-Month Moratorium Prohibiting the Review and Approval of Applications of Certain Land Development Applications in the Village of Washingtonville", which Local Law would prohibit the review and approval of certain land use activities in the Village of Washingtonville while this village undertakes a review of its Comprehensive Plan.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Village of Washingtonville Board of Trustees on Monday, November 21, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at Washingtonville Village Hall located at 9 Fairlawn Drive, Washingtonville, New York, 10992 to review and consider the aforementioned Introductory Local Law.
Any resident of the Village of Washingtonville is entitled to be heard concerning the aforementioned Loal Law at such Public Hearing. Copies of the Introductory Local Law are available for review at:
