Part II - Pictures of the Orange County Volunteer Firemen's Parade

The progression of stunning Firefighter Divisions and Musical Corps continued for several hours before the marchers turned the corner with the Pipe and Drum Corps and Trumpets gave goosebumps to many headed to May's Field.

The procession was delightfully interactive, including lots of shout outs, cheers and salutes along the way by the crowds spread across East Main Street. The precision of the marchers in perfect lock step was remarkable and a big credit to Speaker Lou Ingrassia as he introduced and credited each division. Highway Superintendent Wayne Kirkpatrick was in constant connection with the participating divisions who gave him minute-by-minute updates of "We're ready to Go!".

Thank you to these Firefighters who risk their lives for us every day!

Lou Ingrassia - has worn quite a collection of "hats" - Commissioner of Howells Fire Department, Chairman of the Honor FlightBoard, Wallkill Public Works Commissioner and Hudson Valley Water Works Assoc. to name a few.

Hats off to OCVFA's President, Tommy Lynn and the other OCVFA Officials for treating our greater Orange County Community to this amazing show of dedication and professionalism.

Magdalena of Amada's Kitchen and Tacos 'Y Mas was perfectly placed behind the announcer's stand to replenish the hundreds of hungry spectators.
