Join Washingtonville Girl Scouts on Wednesday at Planting of Memory Trees

Washingtonville DPW is busy today getting the first of many Memory Tree sites ready along Ahern Blvd. The local Girl Scout Troop will be there at 4pm on Wednesday, May 15, to start the very first of a long line of Cherry Trees that residents are having planted in dedication of a lost loved one.

The DPW has pre-prepared the site so that a few shovels full of dirt can be removed and packed around the new tree by the Scouts when planted. Please come to support this event.
