John Reilly III, who is the Town of Chester's Highway Superintendent has now been "Convicted of Assault in the First Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree, Assault in the Second Degree and Criminal Possession of a Firearm." Reilly shot a delivery driver who was lost.
