New Windsor, NY -- (05/09/23) Republican and Conservative candidate for New Windsor Town Supervisor, former Assemblyman Colin J. Schmitt (R,C New Windsor), has been endorsed by Orange County Right to Life ahead of the June 27th Republican Primary.
Orange County Right to Life stated, "Orange County Right to Life supports our friend Colin Schmitt for Town Supervisor in New Windsor. Colin has strong principles and is unafraid to stand up for what he believes in. Now more than ever we need leaders like Colin in government and encourage all Republican voters to cast their ballot for Colin in the Republican Party primary on June 27th."
Former Assemblyman and Candidate Colin Schmitt stated, “I am the only conservative Republican candidate running in the June 27th Primary for New Windsor Town Supervisor. Since day one I have never wavered or sold out my values and I will always stand strong by our beliefs. I thank Orange County Right to Life for their support and ask for every Republican voter to go vote in the June 27th primary.”
Colin Schmitt is committed to public service. Colin is a member of the U.S. Army National Guard and former Assemblyman for the 99th NYS Assembly District which included the Town of New Windsor as its largest town. Colin lives in the Town of New Windsor with his wife Nikki and their beloved rescue dog Quincy!
Colin Schmitt was seen entering a bus for the January 6 "protesters". Supporting people who don't believe in the electoral system doesn't sound like someone who should trust the electoral system... why run, Colin if you don't believe in the peaceful transfer of power?! We know you love animals, but did nothing to improve the water for which you headed a committee. You actually asked a group of people who met with you in your office, "What do you want me to do?" We told you and you did nothing.
