Beaver Dam Lake - Good News! The Emergency Advisory Caused by Ice Blockage has been Discontinued

Orange County has ceased its Emergency Advisory at the Beaver Dam Lake Spillway. They will continue to check for any additional ice blockages, but the Emergency Advisory that has been in place for the past 3 days has been lifted.

Ice blockage at the Dam's spillway was preventing normal water flow that resulted in drainage at the relief valve and displacement of spillway wings. They have returned to their proper place and the lake level allowed to rise to correct the problem, thus ending the Advisory Warning
